The NOHRD SwingBell Oak (pair) is based on a concept patented by NOHRD that allows a user to perform an incredibly effective free-weight workout at home. The core principal behind the NOHrD SwingBell concept is the use of a loose filling. The soft leather pouches are filled with small iron granules. The shifting centre of mass forces the user to compensate for weight imbalances when exercising with the NOHRD SwingBell.
