The cables from the Tandem Tower run along the lower pulleys of the Sliding Bench to produce resistance for exercises like leg presses, hack squats, leg curls and leg extensions.
This connector has no function when used alone and is not a universal accessory. It is designed solely for use with the Force USA Tandem Tower.
