The equipment of a treadmill includes, among other things, motor output, size and quality of running surface.These provide a more comfortable motion and more safety for higher speeds respectively taller runners. A pc with many training programs offers more diversion while exercising. Extras like hot keys, folding mechanism, fan, and transport wheels make your workout much more comfortable.
Besides the frame construction, own weight and siize of standing surface guarantee a great stability. The more stable a treadmill is, the higher is the maximum weight load capacity and the more durable becomes the machine. Treadmills of high stability stand much safer for intensive training sessions. Furthermore, big rollers reduce wear and tear of the whole drive system.
Motor output, type of running mat, shock absorbers, and frame construction contribute to the running smoothness. An equipment of good running smoothness hardly causes any background noises and you can listen to music or watch tv while exercising.
Thickness of running mat and number as well as quality of shock absorbers are important for shock absorption features of a treadmill. A good absorption is joint-gentle and prevents early signs of tiredness.

On the T9.9 Touch, you control your training programme directly on the touchscreen. With just a few settings, you can start training straight away. The treadmill also has eight direct selection buttons on the central console and two controls on the side, especially for HIIT and interval training. You can quickly switch between different speeds and inclines.

The starting speed is 0.5 km/h, and this can be carefully increased by small increments of just 0.1 km/h. When walking uphill, the leg muscles are put under more intensive strain. At the same time, you improve your running economy. You can set the incline between 0% and 15%, as you prefer.

Console concept with entertainment – the training session goes by in a flash

The Taurus Treadmill T9.9 Touch is equipped with a 15.6-inch touchscreen console with the most popular streaming apps already installed. During your workout, you can choose between YouTube, Netflix, Spotify or Amazon Video, or you can use one of the social media apps such as Facebook.

The Taurus Treadmill T9.9 Touch is also equipped with a Bluetooth® interface. The console can be connected to the iConsole+ Training and Kinomap apps via a tablet. With this, you can follow other users' route videos, for example, or use one of the many training programmes.

The sum of the whole is far more than the excellent individual parts, e.g. the huge 157 cm long and 56 cm wide running surface, the powerful 3.5 HP motor and the 15.6-inch touchscreen display. Running on the Taurus T9.9 Touch is so much fun that you won't want to stop!

Extraordinarily comfortable running feeling

The Taurus Treadmill T9.9 Touch offers outstanding training comfort – the ample running surface is largely responsible for this: 157 cm long and 56 cm wide, it offers excellent surefootedness for fast sprints. The well-designed controls are easy to use. In addition to the intuitive controls on the console, there are 8 quick-select buttons for speed and another 8 for the incline. For adjustments while you run, there are also two large levers on the handrails that allow you to change the speed by 0.1 km/h increments or the incline by 1% increments.

Go up a hill, even on flat land

The T9.9 Touch is equipped with a powerful 3.5 HP motor that drives the treadmill evenly and reliably. The treadmill can accelerate up to 22 km/h, so it offers enough power even for real athletes. In addition, the incline can be set from 0% to 15%. So you can try your hand at challenging hill runs even in a flat country.

The natural running movement of humans

Thanks to the excellent shock absorption, endurance training on the T9.9 Touch Fast feels almost as if you were running on the forest floor. High-quality shock absorption in combination with the 3.1 mm thick running mat ensure that, when running, your joints and tendons are only subjected to as much strain as is possible naturally. Training on the Taurus T9.9 is therefore very natural. At the same time, the strong running mat absorbs training noises and ensures a smooth and pleasant running experience.

The Taurus T9.9 Touch for use in the semi-professional sector

Thanks to its stability and high quality workmanship, the T9.9 Touch is approved for semi-professional use in institutions such as hotels, schools, medical practices, company gyms and clubs. The treadmill is particularly recommended for rehab sports and physiotherapeutic measures, because at 0.5 km/h it offers a very slow starting speed. Thanks to the gradual 0.1 km/h increments, the speed can be adapted precisely to the respective training level and increased very slowly. The low step through height of just 18 cm makes getting on and off easier. As an additional holding option, extended handrails can also be attached to the treadmill. These properties are ideal for gentle movement training in the low intensity range after injuries, physical limitations or balance problems.

In Rotterdam een loopband gekocht voor het hele gezin. Wilde niet zo'n huis tuin en keuken band! Degelijk ding. Handige besturing en een mooie prijs voor een toch redelijk professioneel segment.

Wat een machine! niet alleen ziet hij er onwijs gaaf uit, hij kan ook nog ongeveer alles wat je maar wensen kan op een loopband. Bezorgers van team Fitshop hebben hem snel gemonteerd en geplaatst waar ik hem wilde hebben. Goeie service en een top loopband!

Bin in Sachen Laufband ein Neuling. Habe mich für dieses Laufband auf Grund der Stabilität und Größe sowie des Touch-Displays entschieden. Das Laufband hat mich in jeder Richtung überzeugt. Das Display ist einfach zu bedienen, aber es ist besser mit Kopfhörern zu benutzen, da die Lautstärke des Displays sonst etwas lei... [Read more]se ist. Laufband Taurus T9.9 Touch Nutzer: meine Tochter und ich w,16 J, Fußballerin im Homeoffice ;-) m,52 J, Neueinsteiger, Sprunggelenkarthrose Das Laufband ist sehr wertig und stabil. Es ist ein Platzfressendes, schweres Monstrum und es sollte schon bei Bestellung der finale Standort feststehen, da es nicht einfach so in... [Read more] den ersten Stock geschleppt werden kann und zudem gerade mal so durch eine 86er Tür (81,5cm lichte Breite) passt. Der Zusammenbau geht einfach von der Hand und ist mit der Anleitung/ Schraubenpack durchdacht. Die Bedienungsanleitung lässt manche Fragen offen: Für was ist der Knopf neben dem Ein-/Ausschalter? Für was das 50cm lange Silikonrohr (Verteilung Silikon unter der Matte)? Die Anleitung könnte etwas ausführlicher sein bzw. es könnte eine kompaktere Variante online zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Bedienkonsole (Touchpad), einfach und übersichtlich, jedoch fehlt uns eine Speichertaste für das Benutzerdefinierte Programm. Die Programmierung könnte genauer sein, damit man die Werte exakt einstellen kann. Hier sollte ein Update Besserung bringen. Die Tastenfunktionen am Pult sind etwas schwergängig. Das kleine Symbol zwischen den Einstelltasten öffnet ein Display um Geschwindigkeit oder Steigung manuell einzugeben, jedoch lässt die Programmierung des Herstellers hinter dem Komma keine Stellen zu. Bei den vorinstallierten Programmen will man z.B. nicht bei 8km/h auf 4 km abgebremst werden. Der Geschwindigkeitshebel am rechten Handlauf reagiert Träge bei der Betätigung. Es wäre wünschenswert schneller regulieren zu können. Ob man die ganzen Media-Apps braucht ist jedem selber überlassen, zumal die Steuerung während des Trainings etwas umständlich von der Hand geht und nutzt man das Pfeilsymbol fliegt man raus aus der Anwendung. Man kann nicht You-Tube schauen und gleichzeitig das Balkendiagramm für Geschwindigkeit oder Steigung aufrufen. Der Lautsprecher dürfte wertiger sein und mehr Wumm haben. Aus der Touch-Konsole könnte man viel mehr rausholen, ohne ein Tablet für Fitness-Apps zu benötigen. Wir möchten unser Laufband nicht negativ reden, denn wir sind trotz allem froh uns für das Taurus entschieden zu haben und irgendwie hat das Teil Suchtfaktor. Wir nutzen es regelmäßig. Es läuft sich nicht nur bei Arthrose-beschwerden angenehmer und besser, als auf einem Feldweg mit Schlaglöchern. [Show less]
