Optimal fürs Training in der Wohnung

Das Board ist fast schon ein muss für jeden der vor hat mit Widerstandsbänder zu hause zu trainieren, da er wenig Platz hat. Die Bänder lassen sich dabei wunderbar im Board verstauen (was sehr praktisch ist) und die Füße lassen sich auch einklappen. Zusätzlich kann das Board auch als klassische Trainingsbank für z.B. Kurzhantel-Training verwendet werden.

Toller Step, der durch seine klappbaren Beine und die aufstellbare Lehne wie eine Hantelbank genutzt werden kann und einen hochwertigen Eindruck macht. Perfekt für mein Kurzhanteltraining als Teil meines Hometrainings.
