The Iron Gym Extension Bar offers an even more flexible use of the Iron Gym door bar. The strength training accessory allows to mount the Iron Gym chin-up bar even in door frames with a width of up to 90 cm. Of course, drilling or screwing in the door frame are not necessary with the Iron Gym Extension Bar. The door frame Iron Gym can be easily dismounted and stowed after your torso workout.

Using the extension bar for the door bar Iron Gym, the high quality Iron Gym chin-up bar does not loose anything of its stability and can be charged up to 136kg. The Iron Gym Extension Bar is the optimal training accessory for your strength training at home, when you prefer to exercise above all with proper weight exercises, i.e. chin-ups, push-ups or dips.

Jaja, wer lesen kann, ist klar im Vorteil, schon klar. Dennoch sollte Sport Tiedje deutlicher hervorheben, dass diese Verlängerung für *keines* der derzeit angebotenen Modelle anwendbar ist *keine* Verlängerung für die neueren Modelle angeboten wird. 90cm ist daher das Maximum. Der Kauf dieser Verlängerung war daher ei... [Read more]n Fehlkauf, aber bei 7 Euro noch verschmerzbar. Habe mir schließlich selbst mit zwei 15cm langen Rundhölzern ausgeholfen, die ich in die Enden gesteckt und das Schaumstoffpolster nach außen verschoben habe, damit es die Hölzer bedeckt. - Wunderbare längere Ersatzsstange für das Iron Gym Klimmzugreck - Die Original Stange des Türrecks kann man mit wenigen Handgriffen abmontieren und gegen die längere austauschen - macht einen gut verarbeiteten Eindruck
