Description: Everlast Door bar

A vast workout of torso muscles is made possible by the Everlast Door bar. Either chin-ups, sit-ups or leg lifting, the Everlast chin-up bar allows many exercises for an efficient workout at home. The padding of the Everlast Door bar provides a good grip.

The Everlast chin-up bar is very stable with a maximum load of 113 kg. The door bar can be easily clamped in a door frame - it is recommended to screw enclosed mounting for higher loads and for wooden door frames. The Everlast chin-up bar is equiped with a telescopic tube, so that the door bar can be assembled in a door frame or between walls with a width of 66 cm to 94 cm.

Tip: When the load is not sufficient while accomplishing proper weight exercises on the Everlast chin-up bar, the workout can become more intensive using additional weights.

Ein schönes Gerät. Eigentlich wollten wir es zunächst nicht im Türrahmen festschrauben sondern nur einklemmen. Da es aber in unserer glatt lackierten Stahlzarge nicht halten wollte, mussten wir es mit Hilfe der mitgelieferten Schrauben, Scheiben und Halterungen befestigen.
