Im Gegensatz zu einem klassischen Boxsack reagiert der Reflex Bag dynamisch auf Treffer und fordert Sie dazu heraus, Schläge präzise zu setzen, auszuweichen und schnell wieder in Position zu kommen. Dadurch eignet er sich besonders für Techniktraining, Fitnessboxen und Einsteiger, die ihre Reaktion und Beweglichkeit verbessern möchten.Der große Schaumgummi-Reflexball bietet eine gut sichtbare und angenehm gedämpfte Trefferfläche. Die unten montierte Feder erzeugt ein kontrolliertes Rückprallverhalten, das speziell für den Einstieg ins Reflextraining ausgelegt ist. Die Höhe lässt sich individuell anpassen, sodass der Boxball für unterschiedliche Körpergrößen und Trainingsziele genutzt werden kann. Die stabile Basis kann einfach mit Wasser oder Sand befüllt werden und sorgt für einen sicheren Stand während des Trainings.
