Adjustable Incline Function

With the adjustable incline, you can also vary the intensity. Depending on the incline, you can set a different training focus – so you can specifically strengthen the thighs or buttocks. The FX70 features 5 incline levels. The incline can be easily adjusted using the handle.

High-Quality Cross Trainer

The sturdy frame is particularly durable, so you can enjoy your new cross trainer for a long time. The cross trainer also features pleasantly cushioned foot plates. The foot plates slide on aluminium rails. It looks chic, and makes movement particularly quiet and pleasantly fluid.

Ergonomic Movement

An elliptical height of 19 cm guarantees natural movement that is gentle on your joints. The pedals are close together, which means that movement on the cross trainer perfectly simulates natural walking and running. Training on the cross trainer is good for your posture and is particularly gentle on the joints.

Very Easy to Use

The cardiostrong FX70 Cross Trainer is made specially for home use, which means: comfortable training and easy-to-use controls. The console has a clear blue backlit LCD display and can be easily operated using a dial. Great emphasis was placed on intuitive controls. Thanks to its 4 user memories, the device can be used by the whole family.

Training is never boring!

The cross trainer has 12 pre-set training programmes, for example interval and fartlek programmes. A varied workout helps you to stay on the ball and of course to train more successfully. There are also heart rate programmes: set a target heart rate – the training computer will then warn you if you exceed this heart rate value. If you want to train without a programme, you can simply use the Quick Start function. The FX70 has 32 resistance levels, just train the way that suits you best.

Ready for Anything

The FX70 boasts excellent features. If your workout takes a little longer, the bottle holder means that you always have something to drink within easy reach. Thanks to the large handles and castors, the equipment can be easily moved after training.

The FX70's special feature is the adjustable incline function that allows you to change the intensity of the training session. With the FX70, you can adjust the inclination to 5 different settings. It's very easy: pull the handle, choose the incline, let go of the handle. A scale helps you to always set your preferred incline. One of the advantages of the adjustable incline function is that you can specifically strengthen your thighs and buttocks. You can set a training goal according to the incline.

Outstanding Movement and Comfort During Training

The FX70 is equipped with high-quality ball-bearing articulations that have a long service life and ensure ergonomic movement that is gentle on the joints. Thanks to the high-quality aluminium rail system, the stable FX70 glides particularly smoothly and comfortably. The Q-factor (the inner spacing of the pedals) ensures a particularly natural training movement. With a Q-factor of 9 cm, the brilliant FX70 ensures a natural and comfortable hip position during training.

The cardiostrong FX70 Cross Trainer has an extremely stable frame, which is formed from a single curved piece of steel at the front. This unique frame geometry guarantees the machine's special stability and gives it an elegant look. Equipped with particularly soft pedals and ergonomically-shaped handles, the FX70 offers maximum training comfort.

Intuitive Controls and Useful Training Programmes

The FX70 is specially designed for home use. Thanks to the 4 different user memories, the FX70 is a perfect fitness device for the whole family. During the development stage, special emphasis was placed on intuitive operability in addition to excellent movement sequence and maximum training comfort. The training computer features an easy-to-read, blue backlit LCD display and can be easily operated using a dial. The smart training computer has 19 challenging training programmes and keeps you up to date on relevant training data such as speed, calories, pulse and watts.

In addition, the FX70 offers 4 pulse-controlled training programmes that let you control the intensity of your workout via constant pulse measurement and do heart rate controlled home training sessions. The pulse is measured using a chest strap that is available separately or using the hand pulse sensors attached to the handles. For more training motivation, an interval programme and a watt programme (speed-independent training) are also available.

Dank der Höhenverstellung kann ich gezielter alle Muskelgruppen trainieren, war eine gute Entscheidung das Gerät bei Fitshop zu kaufen

Sehr schnelle Lieferung, Aufbau ist mit ein wenig Handwerklichem Verständnis sehr einfach und das Gerät selbst ist den Erwartungen gerecht, Funktioniert einwandfrei, einziges Manko ist die Stromversorgung mit dem Vorderseitigem Stecker und zu Kurzem Kabel was ich nicht sehr Vorteilhaft ansehe, das könnte man wesentlich besser Lösen, von unserer Seite her können wir das Gerät und auch den Fitshop Empfehlen

Nach mehr als drei Jahren Nutzung bin ich mit dem Crosstrainer immer noch super zufrieden. Montage ist unkompliziert, der Bewegungsablauf Ist sehr angenehm und funktioniert einwandfrei. Vor allen sind die Ergebnisse mehr als Gut. Hervorragend!!!

Aufbau einfach und sehr gut beschrieben. Crosstrainer ist top verarbeitet und es macht großen Spaß damit zu trainieren. Super leise und alles schön gängig
