  • Do not hang from the moving parts. They are not designed to support a person’s weight.
  • Make sure bystanders are at least 1.5 meters (5 feet) away from the multigym while it is in use.
  • Keep children away from the multigym at all times.
  • Do not place the multigym too close to walls and ensure there are no obstacles or furniture nearby.
  • Stop immediately if you experience shortness of breath, pain, or dizziness during your workout. Inspire strongly recommends consulting your doctor before starting an exercise program.
