The Ironmaster weight plates kit makes the Ironmaster Quick Lock dumbbells heavier by 20.4 kg each. Thus the weight per Quick Lock dumbbell offers a total weight of 54.4 kg.
The Ironmaster weight plates kit for Quick Lock dumbbells includes four weight blocks of 10.2 kg each as well as four long adjusting screws.
When you use the weight plates kit, it is recommended to put the weight blocks on the dumbbell grips first and then the single weight plates, which are included in the scope of delivery of the Quick Lock dumbbells. Thus, each Ironmaster dumbbell can be adjusted in 1.1 kg increments quickly and easily.

Wer die Ironmasters regelmäßig nutzt und ein paar Jährchen am Eisen ist kommt an der Erweiterung nicht vorbei. 10 von 10 Punkten, die Blöcke sind sehr kompakt und wie alles von Ironmaster exzellent verarbeitet. I bought the 34 kg dumbbells including the stand as well as the 120 lbs expansion weight plate kit (up to 54 kg). I simply love these dumbbells. The build quality is excellent, no rattling, excellent knurling on the handles, no pointy ends of cheap adjustable dumbbells when resting them on your thights before incline p... [Read more]ressing. These dumbbells as well as the expansion kit to 54 kg replaced 4 sets of cheap adjustable dumbbells (spinlock or spring locks) and around 200 kg of plates. Imagine the space on the floor I saved and on top of that the maximal weight per dumbbell increased from 39.5 to 54 kg allowing progress for many years. I made and Excel sheet to get an easy overview of how many plates are needed to get a specific weight. I was lucky to have 4 0.5 kg 25mm weight plates with the same thickness of the 5 lbs plates meaning I can use these to make 1 kg adjustments in the resistance without loading a 2.5 lbs plate only in one end. They are not as fast to adjust as Bowflex and Powerblock but they are faster to adjust than the cheap spinlock dumbbells I had before and they are indestructable and feels amazing to lift with. Just the simple fact that the handle is thicker (3.2 cm) than the cheap standard 2.5 cm handles and the knurling is very good, provides a great feel when using them. In addition, the included stand is of solid quality and excellent for keeping order in the unused plates and placing the dumbbells in a suitable height instead of on the floor (again saving space in a home gym). Brutale Teile, ergänzt die Ironmaster-Hanteln auf 54 kg, super Verarbeitung. Keine Überstände über die Gewichtsscheiben hinaus wie bei herkömmlichen Handteln, ideal für Übungen wie Überzüge oder Trizepsdrücken im Sitzen.

Brutale Teile. Verarbeitung ist sehr gut, keine Grate, sauber beschichtet, sehr griffig, Gewicht passt auf meiner Wage mit 100g Auflösung genau. Der Preis ist schnell gerechtfertigt, wenn man bei den Kurzhanteln über die 35 kg Marke kommt. Mit dem Basisset kann man in 1,1 kg Schritten inkrementieren, was selten im Stud... [Read more]io möglich ist. Allerdings ... kenne ich ja schon eine Menge Gewichte und Systeme, aber diese Blöcke sind anders. Ein einzelner Block wiegt 10,2 KG und ist dabei so kompakt wie eine Butterbrotdose. Da ist eine voluminöse 24kg Kettlebell im Vergleich angenehm handlich und komfortabel. Das Handling ist damit nicht ohne, die passende Hantelablage in meinen Augen ein Muss, um den Umbau sicher und schmerzfrei zu gestalten. Die ideale Ergänzung für die das Quicklock Kurzhantelset. Wer sich bereits die Q.Kurzhanteln gekauft hat, wird über Lange Sicht nicht an diesem Gewichtsergängzungskit vorbeikommen. Die etwas längeren Schrauben passen genauso gut wie die kürzeren und es wackelt nichts. Klare Kaufempfehlung!.
