Liegeergometer hilft unsere Fitness auch als Senioren und nach Unfall in der Rekonvaleszenz und nach Hüft-OP wieder aufzubauen…???? Nach einer Eingewöhnungszeit haben wir uns auch an die Bedienung und Auswahl der Programme gewöhnt, wir nutzen das Gerät zu dritt. Nachteile: - Die Konsole hat keine eigenständige Beleuchtung und ist daher an unserem Aufstellort sehr schlecht lesbar (eine zusätzliche Lichtquelle ist extern erforderlich) - die Anzeige der zurückgelegten Trainingsstrecke wird standardmäßig in „miles“ (amerikanisches Produkt) angegeben, ein umstellen der Anzeige in „km“ ist zwar möglich, kann aber nicht als Standard hinterlegt werden sondern muss bei jedem Training erneut geändert werden (4 mal die Taste Display drücken!). Das empfinden wir als nicht so glücklich …..???? Insgesamt können wir unsere Fitness mit dem Gerät aufbauen, hätten wir diese Details aber vorher gewusst, wäre unsere Wahl auf ein anderes Produkt gefallen!
