Effective, versatile, fun!

I'm cheap, hard to please, and highly satisfied! I recently bought a set of these resistance bands after I maxed out my bench press on a set of adjustable spin-lock dumbbells and was looking for something new. It took some mental adjusting to get away from going by the numbers on the weights, but you quickly and intuitively adapt to really feeling the effort you're putting in and how close you are to failure. The bands challenge you most at the peak of exercises instead of letting you cheat by locking-out and resting. And it just somehow makes sense to train muscle tissue with something similarly stretchy. I thought bands might be a joke, but I'm convinced and haven't felt this nice a pump in a long time. Some advice: Even though the estimated resistance of the red (15 kg) and purple bands (39 kg) add up to the 54 kg of the green band, the separate bands together provide less effective resistance than the green band since it's one whole, stronger piece. This is my first set of resistance bands, so I can’t really compare them to other brands, but I’ve found them to be a great addition to my workouts. The Taurus bands feel like they'll last. One of my six bands arrived discolored on one side, but that’s fine by me. I didn't buy them for their looks; I bought them for MY looks ^^ And they're so affordable! I wish I had bought bands like these when I was a poor university student. My workouts are now more varied, and I’m having fun resisting more than just straight-down gravity. Totally worth it!... 83 mm | stark | orange Praktisches Fitnessband, was wirklich sehr robust ist. Ideal für ein intensives Training. Ich nutze es für Calisthenics-Übungen und zum dehnen. Auch, wenn dieses Band mit 83 mm recht breit ist, passt es natürlich noch in jede Sporttasche und ist daher auch unterwegs ein idealer Begleiter.
