Like an exercise bike, the Taurus indoor bike Racing Bike Z9 allows to adjust the resistance output. Via the user console, the resistance can be set in 5-watt increments from 10 to 350 watts. Intensive workouts are possible as well as beginner training. The pulse can be shown on the display — ideal for training control.
